It might depend on which character you ask, but things continue to go well for Adam Brody and Kristen Bell ’s characters. If you’ve already breezed through the new season on Netflix, and want to know what’s next, here’s what we know about the possibility of Nobody Wants This season 4.
As of season 3’s release, Netflix has not announced a fourth season. However, previous renewal announcements have come a few weeks after the previous season. For example, season 2 dropped in October of 2025 and they announced season 3 that November. So let’s not panic that this is secretly the final season of Nobody Wants This just yet.
Season 3 introduced a few new characters to the opposites-attract romantic comedy including Keyla Monterroso Mejia, Avan Jogia, Sarah Silverman, Sadie Sandler, Poorna Jagannathan, and Andrew Rannells. One can imagine that, if the show continues, it will continue to fill out that roster.
Also, spoiler alert but Joanne and Noah get married at the end of season 3! You don’t need to be a sex and relationship podcaster to know that nobody’s love story ends at marriage. I’m not going to be corny and say it’s actually the beginning, but there are so many new challenges ahead for them–even though they moved in together at the beginning of season 3. Joys as well! Plus, their extended family’s lives get more complicated and messy by the day. This story is sooo not over!
All three seasons have been fairly consisted, premiered in September or October of 2024, 2025, and 2026. If the show gets renewed, we can probably expect it in September or October of 2027.
